Lots of changes for Diastasis &Ab Repair (me) this past 2020 and 2021!
Despite my lack of posting and my exit from Facebook, I am here!
To all my Illinois and Midwest peeps, I am no longer geographically located there, but I am available virtually anytime!
I am now currently located in the mountains in the west in a small town in Utah. However, I continue to work with people virtually around the world. The last few weeks I worked with people in Italy, Utah, Illinois, and more Illinois people!

To all my new friends in Utah, I travel for Diastasis Rehab Tupler workshops to bigger locations, Salt lake Valley, Utah Valley, and Saint George area. Get together 8 women and I will be there!
