I’m so proud of all these gals this past year! From age 20 to age 72, they closed their diastasis and shrunk their bellies. Most of these were during a four week workshop. It can and does happen! I feel so lucky I get to be a part of it!

i have a 2 finger gap. i dnt have an option but lift my daughter 12 kgs daily every now and then , she is 2 yrs old. will the exercise be in vain in such a case.
my second question, will i be able to pick heavy loads and excercise normally once the dr has been rectified?
