All New Before and After Pictures – Healing the Diastasis Recti 2015

I’m so proud of all these gals this past year!  From age 20 to age 72, they closed their diastasis and shrunk their bellies.  Most of these were during a four week workshop.     i have a 2 finger gap. i dnt have an option but lift my daughter 12 kgs daily every now and then , she is 2 yrs old. will the exercise be in vain in such a case.

    my second question, will i be able to pick heavy loads and excercise normally once the dr has been rectified?
