   I’ve had 5 pregnancies, but mylast was 9 years ago. I am very slim and fit,but just found out I have diastasis recti, I’m afraid of surgery but have been told since it’s been so long nothing but surgery will help. Have you known of success with the Tubler Technique even after 9 years?

     Absolutely!! There is no statute of limiations! I have successfully works with women in their 60s 70s and 80s!

   Hi. Sorry but I could not find any guide for the measurement for Diastasis Rehab Splint. I’m afraid end up buying a wrong size? Thanks.

   I have 3 girls ages 8,4 and 1. All c – section. I work out but my belly does not go any where .I live in the Middle East and need this program for me.I always have back pain and did the exam my self and can fit 3 fingers in. SO what do I need to purchase? Thank you hope for the reply soon.

     You will need to know what waist size you are to know what size to get. Also what is your hip size? What is the amount of space between your waist and hips? Give your diastasis measurement I do recommend a splint.

   I don’t live in your area but does one need to attend all 3 classes or just any one class for the month of August?

     Ideally you will attend all 3. For those who live further away, I try to be very flexible. If you can only go to 1, you would want to go to the first one. For the subsequent days of the workshop, you could attend in person, come to me privately on a different day, or do a Skype session to replace the day of the workshop. If you do workshop – Skype – Skype (For day, 1, 2, and 3 respectively – common for those who live 5 + hours away) then the workshop is the same price, and you would purchase as normal on the home page or under “products”.

   I live in Florida, so attending the workshops would probably not be ideal for me. Are the DVD’s a replacement for the workshop?
