      Hi Judy!
It is a 3 part workshop. If you can’t make one of the dates, you can let me know and I can give you options. The one in Naperville has already started – but I just posted the next upcoming one starting March 12. You can contact me via the contact me area on the site if you need more info!

The Cost is listed under “products” and via the paypal button on the home page – $125 is the registration fee that covers the 3 days. The information builds with each workshop – and we measure the diastasis at each one, take before and after pics, eval of the connective tissue, assessing belly button and/or hernias, learning what to do and not to do, advancing the exercises learned, encorporating other movements with the exercises, eval of the transverse strength, etc.
